Eyebrows
Microblading, Ombré, Hybrid… What’s the difference and which is best for you???
Microblading
Microblading with shading is done with a handheld tool that adds micro strokes of ink to the brow line which resemble hairs for a very natural look. Microblading can last 1-2 years after your initial 4-6 week touch up and may require additional touch ups every 3-6 months. This style is the most evasive brow procedure and ONLY suitable for those with normal to dry skin and small pores. It is not suitable for oily or more melanated skin types nor larger pores as oily, melanated skin and/or larger pores will cause the strokes to blur and fade faster.
Ombré Brows
Ombré brows are done with a PMU machine which gives more of a makeup look starting off light in the front and and getting darker in the tail of the brows. Ombré brows last 2-3 years after your 4-6 week touch up and may require additional touch ups every 6-12 months. This style is suitable for all skin types.
Hybrid Brows
Hybrid brows are created with both a handheld tool and a PMU machine which gives you a soft make up look at the tail ends with natural strokes in the front of the brow making them appear very realistic and longer lasting then regular microblading. These are the most popular style of brow. Hybrid Brows last 2-3 years and may require touch ups every 6-12 months. This style is suitable for all skin types.
